Capacity matching for private truck fleets

A design sprint produced a platform. A comparison test with six people from fleet teams said the plain email it was meant to replace was the better bet. We shipped the email — response rate up 250%.

Specifying an AI composer, frame by frame

One bar carried every AI feature in the platform, and it offered everything at once. I emptied its first layer and respecified it as 26 frames across six state families, each with the one line an engineer can pass or fail.

Customisable coverage and assistance for a credit card. 80% of customers wanted to modularise their package; usability testing then moved the whole flow out of card signup to protect conversion.
